Exceptional staff who I have known for 6 years have kept me safe and successfully reinterpreted back into the community. I trust everyone of them and I am so very greatful for their efforts to keep us safe and help us to return to health. I mean this in the nicest way I hope I do not return however I will miss everyone of them from the cleaning staff, nurses, doctors and even the estates personnel. This is the best ward I have been on and will always be. Ty, from BTB.

Nothing. Only thing I can say is have emergency section 17 leave for all patients however you need to have doctors permission and Prn painkillers at all times on the drug chart when patients arrive.

Not entirely sure all symptoms are taken seriously, there's a lack of perception about the lived experience I think, about the intensity of symptoms. Too much dismissiveness into personality disorder diagnosis without recognition of lived experience.

3 days ago I asked for my food from the fridge in the kitchen that I bought because I was often hungry. The reaction was horrible. I been told that - I can't do whatever I want ! I've got eating disorder and I am 9 kg under weight. 2 days ago I asked to fix kitchen towel, it was there but ripped so short that I couldn't pull it out. Even that woman wasn't doing anything she looked at me and said: IT'S NOT MY JOB, Let them to do it, I'M A NURSE NOW! I was astonished, not in the good way though. Yesterday I've got a leave, left in the morning, came back at 6pm, straight away asked for medicine that I missed in the afternoon. They said that nurse is busy, will come to me in 5 minutes. No one came. I asked again after half an hour, same answer. So I got my medication at 8.40pm only. This is happening all the time. It's personal job to make sure that patients get their medication on time and in the meantime I have to chase them and remind all the time.

Better education instead of very poor training

There is just a few people who are nice carrying and helpful. The rest is mean and horrible workers. Very slow, careless and literally annoyed when you ask them for regular things like: boiled water, towels, to do laundry, charge your phone, get some food because I didn't have a dinner etc... I heard phrases like: -I'm doing this and then leave me alone! -I'm not your slave! And now they lost my genuine Samsung super fast phone charger which I left in the office and said many times that it's for my phone only! It happened 5 days ago, I've been asking everyday, they promised to find it and today they said: We are going to give you a different one! Totally unacceptable! I want mine or exactly the same one not fast but super fast which is 5 times more expensive than just fast. Very upset about the service provided.

I am looking forward to see what you are going to do about it, if you will do anything...
